✨ What You’ll Need:
3–5 drops of sage essential oil
(Clary or white sage are softer options for family homes)3–5 drops of citronella essential oil
(Bright, fresh, and known for its air-cleansing properties)1 cup distilled water
(Helps prevent bacteria growth in your spray)2 tablespoons witch hazel
(Acts as an emulsifier to help blend oils with water)¼ teaspoon sea salt
(Natural preservative + helps disperse the oils)Small glass spray bottle (amber or cobalt glass preferred)

Optional additions for extra grounding:
5 drops lavender essential oil – for calm and relaxation
5 drops cedarwood essential oil – for warmth and grounding

In your clean spray bottle, add the distilled water first.
Add the witch hazel and sea salt.
Drop in your essential oils (including any of the optional ones).
Shake gently to combine.
